Shipping Policy
At THE BOUNDLESS LEGACY JEWELS INC., we are committed to delivering your jewelry safely and efficiently throughout Canada.
Shipping Within Canada
- We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories.
- Standard shipping rates range from CAD $50–$100 estimated, depending on the destination, package value, and shipping method selected.
- Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Order Processing
Each item is classified as either:
- In Stock – Ships within 1–4 business days.
- Made to Order – Production typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the jewelry design, customization, and material availability. Once completed, your order will be shipped immediately.
Estimated shipping dates are displayed on each product page.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers, including:
- FedEx
- UPS
- Canada Post
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
Delivery Information
- We ship only to valid residential or business addresses within Canada.
- We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
- Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been placed for security reasons.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be redirected to another address.
Orders valued at CAD $5,000 or more require an adult signature upon delivery.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may make up to three delivery attempts before returning the package to us. We will then contact you to arrange redelivery.
Shipping Responsibility
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
THE BOUNDLESS LEGACY JEWELS INC. is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Severe weather
- Carrier service interruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Customer-requested address changes after shipment
If the carrier confirms that a package has been successfully delivered to the address provided, we cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
Delivery Time
Most shipments arrive within 3–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be extended.
International Shipping
Currently, THE BOUNDLESS LEGACY JEWELS INC. ships only within Canada.
Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with eligible returns.
15-Day Return Policy
Eligible items may be returned within 15 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- Returned in original packaging
- Include the original invoice, certificate, warranty card (if applicable), and all accessories
Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-designed jewelry
- Personalized or engraved jewelry
- Made-to-order pieces
- Resized or modified jewelry
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
- Clearance or promotional items marked Final Sale
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
How to Request a Return
Before sending your item back, please contact our Customer Support team by email with:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- 5 Photos of the item
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if the item qualifies under our return policy.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production or shipment begins.
Once production has started or an order has shipped, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible.
If additional items are required, a new order must be placed.
